For example, did you attend Camp Joy in the 90s? Well you will be competing against those that attended Camp Joy in different decades to see if YOUR decade can raise the most.

This is a shorter three day week allowing our littlest campers an opportunity to play, worship, and learn of God’s great Love. This week is designed for younger kids and for first time campers. It is highly supervised and a safe opportunity for the eager camper to participate. This week is the start of many great adventures and fun packed summers for kids at Camp Joy!
Come enjoy the lake with your family over these four days and three nights. We will house you, feed you, clean up your dishes, and you will have lots of free time on beautiful Star Lake! There will be several optional activities set up throughout the weekend, as well as chapels and a speaker.
This camp is an incredible week. Middle school campers are beginning to make their Christian Faith their own. This is a week where they can ask questions, have a ton of fun, and get to know each other in a fun-filled week at beautiful Star Lake.

Teens (10th-12th) - July 27th-Aug 1st
The time has come! The boys bathroom is due for a major upgrade. We can't tear it down, but we can improve it. Our goal is to freshen up the bathroom to better serve our campers. Camp Joy will be replacing/updating fixtures, electrical, plumbing, fresh paint and new ventilation. Join us in this project! We need $7,500 to turn around the boys bathroom. Your support helps us provide a clean and safe restroom for campers and to all those that visit Camp Joy.
Camp Joy is the place where we gather! We gather to provide campers with the opportunity to enjoy making friends and having fun on the shores of Star Lake near Dent, MN. Since its beginning in 1941, Camp Joy has spent 80 plus years sharing the good news of Jesus with campers and pouring into the character and values of those serving as staff. Our goal is to remain true to God's word by faithfully challenging campers to experience God's truth in Jesus Christ.
We are excited to continue the legacy of Camp Joy and desire to improve facilities and enhance the activities that campers engage in each summer so that they can enjoy God's creation and hear about the true JOY that is found in Christ!
